BUT….you must return them before or on the due date otherwise the items will be regarded as ‘lost’ and an invoice will be automatically generated by another government department. Try not to get into this situation.
We will be experimenting with sending a SMS reminder before the due date and/or an email and possibly a letter. But this will only happen once. Ask staff to check that you library account contains your mobile phone number and email address .
Remember: If you’ve borrowed something from the library, it will probably be needed by other students. It’s only fair that everyone can get the resources they need. Please help us, help everyone succeed in their studies.
