Successful National Simultaneous Storytime session

Thanks to Ramila Chandra and Pam Joseph (pictured), the story-time session today was a great day’s outing for the children from the Bremer Childcare Centre and some didn’t want to go back! And the library staff had as much fun as the children!!!!

Hopefully we have put in our plug for supporting literacy and reading to young children, the role libraries play and the partnership in working with Child Studies teachers to support this cause. We were all impressed with childcare students who conducted themselves so well. There was a large group from the schools program.
